Anakem films Production, known for producing one of the most talked about campus series ‘Alarm’, has won the movie of the year with the movie ’Love and Tradition’ at the 2nd edition of the Ghana Art and Culture Awards (GACA 20).
The movie features highly rated Ghanaian actors such as Mawuli Semezor, Abeiku Sagoe, Williams Addo, Edinam Atatsi, Eunice Banini, Joseph Quao, Agnes Panfred and many others.
The director of the movie Anaba Kodjo stated after receiving the award that it is not easy to produce such movie especially in Ghana.
He appreciated the organizers of the awards scheme for honoring his hard work and also assured that he is going to produce similar movies which will impact and promote the Ghanaian cultural heritage.
Kojo Anaba further encouraged his fellow filmmakers to invest in such quality movies in other to gain back the lost image of the Ghana film industry.
