British-Ghanaian actress, television presenter and producer Ama Konadu Abebrese has called on entertainers in Ghana to decline interviews from Accra based radio station, Accra FM.
This comes at the back of their presenter Nana Romeo, being involved in controversies that has to do with two of Ghana’s top musicians KiDi and Wendy Shay.
If you may recall, Nana Romeo sacked KiDi from his studio for being late live on air.
Recently Wendy shay was invited onto the show for an interview concerning her latest song which featured Bosom PYoung but she walked out of the studio after Nana Romeo threatened to expose her love affair with her manager Bullet.
Ama K Abebrese reacting to the unfortunate incident wrote on Twitter: “Does that Accra FM presenter get paid to intimidate/be rude to guests? Or he just wants trend? Very unprofessional and totally unacceptable. As a host, you can ask questions, however it doesn’t mean a guest has to answer silly questions. Mutual Respect is a must. Utter Nonsense:
She again Twitted; “He is very unprofessional. All musicians, actors, artists etc should decline to go to that station for interviews. Then as a media organisations they will know their value. We need each other but not if the media organisation allows hosts to behave in such a manner.”
